Butterboy Bake on Tour
Before James Sideris opened Manly croissanterie Rollers Bakehouse in 2018, he dabbled in wholesale under the moniker Butter Boy Bake. Now his cookies are on the shelves and in the display cabinets at 25 venues around Sydney.
But if you can’t make it to any of them, don’t worry – the cookies are coming to you. Butter Boy is going on tour in early July, hitting up far-off suburbs over eight days. On the menu: chunky, loaded cookies (in boxes of six or 12), bake-it-yourself cookie dough, and two cute merch tees.
The raw dough comes in either the bestselling Nutella choc chip, salted caramel white choc with macadamia, or birthday cake sprinkles. For the boxed cookies, mix and match those three and 13 others, including red velvet, charcoal raspberry coconut, triple chocolate fudge or brownie sandwich (with sub-flavours Golden Gaytime, matcha, biscoff and more).
