Brix Distillers X Young Henrys “Rumming With the Devil”
Two of the biggest names in Sydney's booze scene have teamed up to create a beer inspired by an old-school classic: rum-and-raisin ice-cream. Rum-maker Brix Distillers and beer brewery Young Henrys have come together to create Rumming With the Devil, a malty ale with hints of biscuit and aromas of cocoa and spice.
The ale has been made with raisins soaked in Brix white rum. It's part of Young Henrys' B-sides series, where the brewer plays around with different flavours.
Rumming With the Devil is available for a limited time on tap at Brix Distillers Surry Hills, Young Henrys Newtown, and selected bars and pubs across the country.
