Bondi's hacienda-style Mexican joint Carbon (“charcoal” in Spanish) is serving all-you-can-eat tacos with bottomless Margaritas on Saturdays and Sundays.
It's $75 per person but the food is a step up from your average Sydney Mexican fare, partly due to the traditional Latin American parrilla (charcoal grilling) techniques and caja china (roasting box) used to cook it.
There are house-made corn tortillas to build your own tacos stuffed with ingredients from signature fired-cooked share plates, plus Margaritas made with top-shelf Mexican tequilas.
From 12pm to 5pm. Sittings are two hours are the clock starts when the first cocktail is ordered.
