Bottomless Fruit Frozes
As temperatures soar in Sydney, Barangaroo rooftop bar Untied has taken it upon itself to offer locals some respite from the heat with its “frozé your way” bar.
Guests can choose between six fruity flavours and go wild with DIY garnishes, including fresh berries, gummy bears, rainbow straps and sour gummy worms. Use them to decorate strawberry, peach, kiwi melon, passionfruit, watermelon and “Fraperol” frozés.
Drinks start from $7 during happy hour, which runs from 4pm to 6pm every day, and can also be drunk as part of a two-hour bottomless session from Thursday to Sunday for $39. Visitors can snack on the new summer menu too, which includes share plates of loaded prawn crackers; a taco party platter; sashimi; and tropical fish burgers.
Thursday and Friday from 5pm to late, and Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to late.
