If, thanks to lockdown, it’s been a long time between bottomless brunches, Bondi’s all-day diner Rocker has just launched a wintry new option.
From Thursday to Sunday, get two hours of bottomless mimosas, as well as red, white and rose – for $85.
Included in the price is a progressive, shared feast. Expect Iggy’s sourdough with roast-onion butter; burrata with pumpkin, pepitas and pumpkin-seed oil; slow-roasted lamb shoulder with parsnip-and-honey puree; potatoes with parmesan and black pepper (cacio e pepe, essentially); and more.
It’s available Thursday to Sunday for a minimum of four people.
