Live DJ Flow
Surry Hills yoga studio Body Mind Life is hosting an evening of movement and flow set to a DJ soundtrack to support The Hunger Project.
Instructors will kick off the 90-minute, all-level vinyasa class with DJ Marc Tomkinson playing live tunes in the background. There's also a block of time allotted for getting down and dancing to the music, before healthy treats are served.
The ticket includes the yoga class, dance session, snacks and gifts from wellness brands such as Nimble Activewear, Burt’s Bees, Vanessa Megan and Ritual Oil.
All of the proceeds will be donated to The Hunger Project's Unleashed campaign, which raises money for less privileged women living in poverty across Africa, India, Bangladesh and Latin America.
From 6pm to 9.30pm.
