Blue Door Sundays Southern-USA Pop-Up
Journey to America's Deep South with Blue Door Sundays, a pop-up music and food event by fine-dining chef Dylan Cashman (ex-Blue Door on 5th, Gold Coast). He'll be transporting diners to New Orleans's vibrant Bourbon Street, via a five-course degustation with matching wines, accompanied by the music of composer and saxophonist Sam Weiss.
Expect dishes that utilise locally sourced produce, including popcorn shrimp, smoked Aquna Murray Cod gumbo, Fraser Isle spanner-crab cakes and Game Farm southern fried quail.
The tasty shindig, held in Chippendale venue The Private Kitchen, is limited to 30 people. The last event sold out, so get in quick. Plus, the booking fee from each ticket will be donated to Humantix programs, which support educational programs for young girls.
