Belvedere 10 at Zephyr Bar Sydney
This winter, Sydney rooftop cocktail bar Zephyr joins rap icon Future and Kiwi director Taika Waititi in getting behind Belvedere’s new luxury vodka, Belvedere 10. From July 16 to August 31, head to Hyatt Regency Sydney’s Zephyr Bar to experience the opulent new vodka, Belvedere 10, alongside a limited-edition menu of Belvedere Vodka cocktails for a six-week pop-up promising tasting experiences of the exceptional new spirit.
Crafted annually in small batches from the single harvest of one rye field in north-east Poland, Belvedere 10 is inspired by the vodka making process used in 1910. Distilled four times then rested for 10 months (hence the name), Belvedere 10 has a velvety mouthfeel and an elevated flavour profile, with bursts of caramel, praline and a hint of fresh lemon. The crisp white Belvedere 10 bottle is a 10-layer elegant and brutalist vessel with a diamond-like sparkle and shape – a nod to the precious diamond rye used in its creation.
Belvedere 10 is best enjoyed neat, over ice or in a Martini – and always lightly chilled. At Zephyr, you can taste-test Belvedere 10 in a classic Martini or served over ice with an optional signature garnish of Pacific oysters. A selection of limited-edition Belvedere Pure cocktails will also be on offer, from fruity shaken cocktails to foamy blends. There’ll also be a menu of small bites like Wagyu caviar and lobster-truffle popcorn, set against the bar’s sunset and harbour views.
