Melbourne chef Casey Wall (Bar Liberty) and Gregory Llewellyn (Hartsyard) are working together to provide a one-night set menu inspired by the Deep South.

Expect étouffée, jambalaya and Ramos Gin Fizz on a fusion menu crafted by the chefs themselves.

The set menu is $65 per head. Due to the shared-dish style, dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.
