Jonah Reider is New York City's most famous millennial chef; he founded the pop-up restaurant Pith in his dorm room.
Now he is coming to Australia to set up the country's smallest pop-up restaurant. Pith by Mini will take over one of Sydney’s smallest apartments in Darlinghurst for one weekend. It seats six guests per sitting and is just 27 square metres (the approximate size of two car spaces side-by-side).
Reider will cook an experimental, seasonal, four-course menu and show guests how they can get creative in even the smallest of spaces.
