Attica's Ben Shewry Guest Chef at The Dolphin

Head Chef and owner of Melbourne's Attica, Ben Shewry, will be taking over the kitchen at the Dolphin Hotel this December 13 as part of the Wine Room's apertivo program.

Shewry is slated to design a small bar menu and will be assisted on the night by a few of his fellow Attica chefs, who will be flown up from Melbourne.

The Dolphin Hotel has previously hosted renowned local and international chefs (including Daniel Pepperell of Hubert and Paul Carmichael of Momofuku Seiobo as part of their "guest appearances" program, where chefs design (a reasonably priced) and relaxed snack menu, to be enjoyed between 5pm and 7pm.

Attica is currently number 32 on the World's Best Restaurant list.
