The Aperture Australia photography conference returns to Sydney for a second year, bringing with it some of the world's most respected photographers. At one event over the weekend they'll be chatting to TV host and journalist Ray Martin, who enjoys a spot of photography himself. Martin and the photographers will discuss the harsh realities of being a professional photographer and some of the snappers' most recognisable works, from war zones to film sets.
The photographers on the bill are National Geographic photojournalist Ami Vitale, Australian landscape photographer Christian Fletcher, digital photographic artist Tamara Dean, Australian conflict photojournalist Stephen Dupont and film-still photographer Jasin Boland.
Over two days attendees will learn from some of the best in the industry and network with other photographers. They'll learn behind-the-scenes stories and hear insider tips from the huge names on the bill.
