Glebe’s Dish: Sri Lankan Street Food is putting its own spin on Sunday brunch. For $35, you can feast on a buffet of regional dishes, with entrees and desserts, plus plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
Dishes could include southern-style crab or jackfruit curry; string hopper biryani or dosa (an Indian crepe) from the north; gotu kola sambol (a salad of pennywort leaf, coconut, green chilli and onion chopped to a fluffy tabouli texture) from Hill Country; Colombo-style black pork curry; and more.
There'll be two sittings: 11am to 1.15pm, and 1.30pm to 3pm.
