The popular French dish (said to have originated in Belgium) is served with your choice of three traditional sauces: roquefort, made with blue cheese, cream and white wine; provençal, with tomatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary and white wine; or the classic marinières, with white wine, cream, garlic, shallots and thyme.
