Vic's Meat Market's fifth-birthday celebrations begin on Saturday November 2 with $5 bacon and egg rolls available at the Fish Market butcher from 10am until 12pm.
The following day, the Smokehouse Birthday Burger (with a Waygu patty and special "birthday sauce") will be available from 10am until 12pm, also for $5. On Wednesday November 6, Vic's will throw a huge birthday barbeque, with drinks from Young Henrys and Handpicked Wines, pickles from McClure's, and sauces from Lillie's Q.
You'll pay $49 for all food and three alcoholic drinks – skip lunch on Wednesday and make the most of head chef Angus Harrison's barbeque menu (yakitori-style skewers, sliders and hot wings all included). Buy tickets in advance here.
