Petite laneway bar Cantina Ok! holds the title of Sydney’s best Margarita (according to one Broadsheet editor’s selfless search), but its creator has more up his sleeve.
Jeremy Blackmore is behind the excellent drink, and at Tio’s Cerveceria from the same team, he’s remixing the classic cocktail into a new fresh fruit slushie Margarita every week until the end of the year.
First off the ranks is a fig and coconut number, but in the future expect flavours such as strawberry, pineapple and ancho, banana and macadamia, mango and sour mango ice, blueberry and hibiscus, red dragonfruit, gold kiwi, ginger and lemongrass, and more.
Best of all – each one is only $10, and available every night that Tio’s is open.
Wednesdays to Sundays from 5pm.
