For six hours every Thursday knock back these briny bad boys for just a buck a pop.
Darlinghurst bar Stanley's on Stanley is bringing a Thursday-night oyster special to its pastel Miami Vice-channelling digs. From 4pm–10pm (or until sold out) every Thursday it's doing oysters for an easy $1 a pop, accompanied by your pairing of choice (including lemon or a mignonette).
Match your bivalve with one of Stanley's cocktails – the Miami Vice (spicy Watermelon Martini), say, or a tropical frozen passionfruit Colada. There's also beer on tap, a solid selection of wine, and tequilas and other spirits.
From 4pm–10pm Thursdays.
