Surry Hills bar and restaurant Goros is hosting a winter festival until August 27 with nightly DJs and boozy bubble tea. It’s also serving a six-person ramen (though with Covid cases on the rise, it might be best to share with someone you already regularly swap germs with). Ramen toppings include miso zucchini and mushroom, teriyaki squid, spicy chicken, maple-miso pork belly, glazed beef and chicken karaage. And, on August 12 and 13, it’s throwing a retro ski party: punters are strongly encouraged to show up in vintage ski gear. goros.com.au
