Recipe of the week: Almay Jordaan’s zingy pea salad with pickled shallots

Lemon, chardonnay vinegar and summery herbs combine in this simple but elegant side salad from the chef and co-owner of Melbourne restaurants Neighbourhood Wine and Old Palm Liquor. It’s one in a bank of recipes from top chefs, available exclusively to Access members.

What Access members have been up to

A few lucky members recently attended Mecca’s jazz night at Cutler. It was classy, as expected, with live jazz, a bespoke menu and Diptyque fragrance consultations.

Plus, we just gave away double passes to the Australian Ballet’s Carmen at the Regent Theatre. Access members watched powerful, athletic performances from some of the nation’s leading dancers.
