Features
Three hundred metres from the Harbour Bridge and you’re at this 60-seater with floor-to-ceiling windows and sun-soaked interiors. The natural light illuminates polished concrete floors, stone walls and exposed air ducts.
The industrial interior is a stark contrast to what Yeongjin Park (of Tenacious Portuguese tart fame) is baking here: pillowy pastries, airy sourdoughs and other chewy baked goods. They’re all laced with Korean ingredients that constantly change with Park’s ongoing culinary experiments.
House-made teas and cold brews complement the coffee. Sip one while you wait for brunch to come out or grab some snacks and go for a stroll around the harbour.
