Maido is a collaboration coffee shop by Surry Hills businesses Artificer and Provider Store, the first being a specialty coffee bar on Crown Street, and the second being a design-focused lifestyle retailer on Riley Street.

To that end, there are no surprises as to what you’re in for here. The Maido experience starts with coffee, supplied by Artificer. But that beautiful, handcrafted cup that you’re drinking from? You can also buy it. Vintage shelves wrap around the space, stacked with ceramics, signature candles, bottles of natural Japanese laundry liquid and tabletop brooms a la Provider Store.
