A car crash on the Sydney Harbour Bridge shortly after 2.30pm today resulted in the closure of one of two southbound lanes, according to Live Traffic NSW.

Emergency crews were quickly called to the scene, along with Roads and Maritime Services and tow trucks. The Sydney Morning Herald reports the car rolled over after colliding with a tollgate.

The car has since been removed and lanes are opened but Transport NSW has advised drivers to allow extra travel time while traffic returns to normal.
