You can’t miss Threefold Pastry. It beckons customers with a glowing, croissant-shaped light box floating above a long pastry cabinet filled with Instagrammable treats. And, unsurprisingly, croissants are the star of the show at this sleek patisserie.

Sure, you’ll find classic iterations of the viennoiserie (plain and almond are both exceedingly popular), but it’s the speciality flavours that truly stand out. Past highlights include pina colada, apple crumble and a raspberry-coconut number filled with citrusy lemon verbena curd.

The creativity doesn’t end with croissants – there’s a not-so-classic pain au chocolat made with activated charcoal dough and filled with 80 per cent dark chocolate. You can also expect cinnamon scrolls, mixed berry danishes, Oreo brownies and banana bread.

Beyond sweet stuff, there are savoury croissants, hefty pies (filled with beef or chicken and pepperonata) and ready-made Turkish sandwiches and wraps perfect for a grab-and-go lunch with your coffee or cold-pressed juice.
