Features
Small Talk's second location is a light-filled, dough-smelling, functional space that offers the same epic goods as its Dulwich Hill counterpart.
Enter and you’ll be greeted with the finest greeting: a line-up of each item from the daily menu. You may find hand-rolled everything bagels jammed with either cheesy egg, pastrami, lox, or cream cheese and pickles. Or Perhaps Small Talk’s signature tomato focaccia and its equally great potato, black olive and ricotta slab.
Plus, morning buns, cinnamon doughnuts reminiscent of those made by owner Sam Terrey’s Romanian grandmother, ricotta-stuffed doughnuts laced with Messina chocolate chips, and savoury scrolls. All served alongside coffee made with Reuben Hills beans.
A small retail wall is dedicated to a selection of products from local Australian producers. You may spy Bodega Deli hot sauce, Mama Liu’s chilli oil, Drunken Sailor condiments and, of course, Small Talk's excellent merch range.
