Acclaimed chef Darren Robertson, member of Three Blue Ducks family (and a My Kitchen Rules judge), has teamed up with Cam Northway of drinks catering service Sweet & Chilli Australia for the new cafe and restaurant. It won’t be anything like Three Blue Ducks.
We’re promised a casual space with an emphasis on “fresh, fun and local food”, says Robertson. He has plans for fresh seafood, charcuterie and pastas. The drinks offering will include natural wines and beers on tap.
