If you think of coffee as liquid gold, PLR2 should resonate with you. The shiny kiosk was designed with that very description in mind. Its brilliant gold exterior forms a sharp contrast with the grungy lane it lives in, alongside the State Theatre.
The takeaway window is an offshoot of the larger Parlour Lane Roasters, which it’s located in – hence the name PLR2. It features a concise menu made for grab and go.
Pass-outs include toasties made with Sonoma bread, house-baked pastries and Allpress coffee.
