AP Bakery has just opened a CBD outpost for its stellar baked goods, joining a table which now includes the mothership on top of Paramount House, a satellite bakery in Newtown, a kitchen at Marrickville’s Wildflower brewery and a stall at Carriageworks Farmers Markets.

On the all-day menu are Tokyo-style egg and cheese sandos; sourdough toast topped with ricotta, strawberry and black pepper; and bagels filled with LP’s chorizo and gruyere cheese. The bakery’s excellent sandwiches and pizzas will also be available.

Drinks include coffee from Reuben Hills, hot chocolate by Birdsnake, teas by Tea Craft and Sticky Chai. Plus, Strange Love sodas, and West End juices and smoothies.

AP Bakery is a collaboration from the teams behind Paramount House Hotel, Ester, Reuben Hills, and head baker Dougal Muffet, who champions old-world wheat varieties grown using sustainable agricultural practices.
