For the sequel to their blockbuster Carlton bakery, they’re turning out some of the city’s best – from inventive pastries to hulking sandwiches – from a walk-up bakery window with a retro milk bar feel.

Plenty of fan-favourites from Bread Shoppe are here, notably the smoked beef sandwich and those Boston cream doughnuts. But you can also expect exclusive items, including a fish sandwich with double hake fillets, American cheese, pickles and house tartar. Add shoestring fries with chicken salt for the win.
