Features
Lit up in lights on a bleak-ish part of Enmore Road, The pre art-deco style Enmore Theatre is the longest running live music venue in New South Wales, having opened in 1908.
With seating upstairs on the balcony for quieter acts, to a raucous standing-only dance floor down the bottom, the Enmore is one of Sydney's most beloved venues. With a capacity of only 1600, the medium-sized spot lends an intimate quality to live gigs, and bands that have played here include the Rolling Stones, Angus and Julia Stone, The Presets, Coldplay, Oasis and many more smaller acts on a regular basis.
