Features
Bar Buci is a new wine bar and fashion boutique in Bronte, set to open in the original Three Blue Ducks site on Macpherson Street.
What’s more exciting is the team behind it. Igor Ivanovic, who took Sydney’s sourdough game to the next level with his eponymous Bronte bakery, is leading the wine bar. His daughter Mishka is behind the boutique (the venue takes its name from her sustainable New York-based fashion label.)
The Ivanovic’s have also tapped leading American coffee figure Charles Babinksi to open Cafe 143 next door, which will serve quality coffee and baked goods by Iggy’s Bread. The triple threat is a boon for the strip, and will revitalise the iconic address in time for summer.
Bar Buci is due to open at 143 Macpherson Street, Bronte, in summer 2023/24.
