Established in 2011 by Sarah Gittoes and Sebastian Grynkofki, Sarah & Sebastian’s minimalist jewellery is handcrafted in a studio in Alexandria. The Zodiac range includes necklaces and earrings in white or yellow gold or sterling silver, and the Prism collection, inspired by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson, features colourful semi-precious stones including sapphires, topaz and tourmaline.
