The Paramount Recreation Club, the Palm Springs-esque gym and wellness centre above the Paramount Hotel, Golden Age Cinema & Bar and Paramount Coffee Project in Surry Hills, is taking its feel-good remit to seriously toasty and luxurious levels.
From now until the end of August, the rooftop space will host an infra-red “sauna glasshouse” (it uses mid, near and far lighting for what is allegedly a more effective detox) for some sweaty downtime.
The sauna is a collaboration with health and wellness brand Nimbus + Co and is open to the public and guests of the Paramount Recreation Club and the Paramount House Hotel for private bookings (so there’ll be no awkward interactions with towel-clad strangers).
