Beck Brown recognises that people have different ideas of what it means to eat healthy. This is why she hasn’t committed to one particular diet at Pearth Organic Kitchen. But, she can promise food that’s free from processed products and refined sugars.

After frequently travelling to Bali, Brown saw a lot on offer there in the realm of organic eating – something she’s practised for nearly a decade. Her partner Paul came up with the name Pearth – a portmanteau of Perth and Earth.

At the base, most items on the all day menu are vegan or vegetarian. There are dishes such as smoothie bowls, vegan burgers, granola and smashed avocado. Nitrate-free bacon, in-house cured salmon and poached eggs can be added from the sides menu.

The takeaway crowd is well serviced by a cabinet filled with salads, slices and wraps. There’s always a vegan, vegetarian and carnivore option.

The coffee doesn’t deviate from the organic path. The Peruvian beans are roasted by Fiori. Coupled with Grumpy Farmer unhomogenised milk, you can expect a creamy cup with a deep, rich flavour. Almond-milk drinkers will be more than satisfied with the product from Pure Press.
