Jus Burgers Subiaco

11:00am - 9:30pm
1 Rokeby Road Subiaco 6008

The second Jus Burgers location is every bit as good as the original in Leederville. It's also named after original owner Justin Bell, who sold the two locations in mid-2017.

The menu is very “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. WA produce forms the basis of serious burgers featuring thick, juicy patties of WA beef; succulent, free-range local chicken breasts; Amelia Park lamb and even Margaret River tempeh.

Buns include the classic charred Turkish bread – a Jus signature – as well as brioche buns from famed local bakers, Jean Pierre Sancho. The latter buns pair particularly well with Wagyu patties, pulled brisket or pork.

On weekends, footy fans start the banter early with a pre-match burger on the way to nearby Domain Stadium. The menu shrinks to cater for the masses, but the quality of each burger remains top notch.

The drinks list is small but affordable, with a handful of beers and ciders for under a tenner and wines on offer for $7 a glass or $28 a bottle.
