Menu

With a name like aisuru (“to love” in Japanese), there’s little guessing what drives the team at Aisuru Sushi. Using the highest-quality produce, the chefs work right in front of you to create visually stunning dishes.

Combining ingredients such as fresh tomato, asparagus and bacon with traditional flavours such as nori, salmon and caviar, the kitchen specialises in fusion sushi. If new twists aren’t your thing, Aisuru also plates up more common Japanese favourites, such as teriyaki chicken, agedashi tofu, fried sweet corn and nigiri.

Notably, the menu features a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan sushi options, setting it apart from most other Japanese restaurants around. There’s also a long list of Japanese beer, sake and plum wine.

The love and care for the product is evident in everything from the spotless, light-filled fit-out, to the quality of the service and the speed at which meals are delivered to your table.
