Features
Located upstairs in the coastal Iluka Plaza, Bar Ole is a warm and lively Spanish tapas restaurant.
Its owners lived and worked in Spain for years, where they spent the bulk of their time embracing Marbella’s culture of family, community and food. Bar Ole is their way of bringing that same experience to WA’s northern corridor.
Using produce that is either grown and produced in WA or imported from Spain, the kitchen dishes up classic tapas plates, from chorizo and Spanish tortillas to pan con tomate and patatas bravas. Heartier flame-grilled dishes such as rib eye, Spanish jerk chicken, pork loin and market fish come from the parrilla grill.
The bar follows suit with a list that’s almost exclusively made up of WA or Spanish wines (and some French champagne). A short cocktail list offers red and white sangria, naturally, as well as fruity takes on classic cocktails.
