From June 2, the former Coogee Hotel invites guest to splash out with a $135 eight-course tasting menu that includes a cocktail in the garden on arrival. On Friday and Saturday nights as well as Friday lunch, this inner-city tavern will serve set menus in the style of its popular Il Capo offering.
