Features
A mix of bohemian and eclectic pieces from around the world makes Kartique unlike any other jewellery, homewares or furniture store in Perth.
Melissa Gordon and her mum Irene Daly are behind the business. Having had a handful of locations down Fremantle’s High Street over the store’s existence, including a decent stint in Mount Lawley, they’ve perfected the Kartique style. Before that, Irene owned a high-end jewellery store in Hamilton, New Zealand.
The store also has a large range of European-inspired furniture. Working directly with manufacturers from Germany and Denmark, Kartique makes pieces using natural timbers, marbles and stone.
Next door you’ll find Kartique Vintage – a space dedicated to the artefacts and antiques sourced on travels to India and Burma. Each piece is meticulously considered and a limited edition.
