Like the other Palace Arcade venues in Northbridge and East Victoria Park, this one is a cavernous warehouse of ’80s and ’90s nostalgia with bright Tron-style neon and various seating options, from low communal tables to custom-built booths.

But unlike the other venues, this one has a courtyard filled with park-style benches and an arcade-themed mural from graphic designer Michael Hartley of Hartley Design.

If you're after pinball, you'll find those machines in the Après Bar, an alpine-themed space complete with taxidermy and snow equipment that doubles as a private function room. When it comes to games, you’ll find all the classics present and accounted for: Street Fighter II, Time Crisis and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Not to mention a four-person Sega Rally.

The food and drink offering follows the Palace Arcade script: plus-sized New York-style pizzas available by the slice or in 16-inch or 22-inch pies. On the drinks front, it's easy-going cocktails; wines and beers; and a solid range of spirits behind the bar.

On Wednesday nights, a $20 spend at the bar gets you unlimited games and half-price chicken wings.
