The star tenant of the Sunshine Harvester Works in Fremantle, Bumplings is a specialist dumpling kitchen from Masterchef alum Brendan Pang.

Pang's fondest childhood memory was learning how to make wontons and noodles from scratch with his grandmother. His Mauritian-Chinese menu centres on dumplings – Sichuan chicken wontons, Chinese vegetable dumpling soup, and Pang's signature crispy pork wontons – all made inside a repurposed Airstream (caravan). The menu also includes noodles; and Mauritian pork and prawn spring rolls with dipping sauce.
