Cult American burger chain In-N-Out is popping up in Perth tomorrow at Kings Square pub Market Grounds from 10am to 4pm, or until sold out.

The chain's Double Double, Animal Style and lettuce-wrapped Protein Style burgers will all be on offer.

Ads announcing the pop-up were spotted in the newspaper and on social media channels today. Market Grounds also confirmed the news to Broadsheet this afternoon.

The chain last appeared in Perth in 2018. It’s since popped up in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Unusually for a fast-food chain, it’s found fans in celebrities with stellar taste: Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller, Anthony Bourdain and Julia Child have all expressed their love for In-N-Out. It was one of few fast-food restaurants given the nod of approval in investigative journalist Eric Schlosser’s 2001 book Fast Food Nation.

See you in the queue.

In-N-Out will pop up at Market Grounds (10 Telethon Avenue, Perth) on Wednesday June 22 from 10am till 4pm, or until sold out.
