Inspired by a growing community focus on circular, sustainable fashion, cult Claremont boutique Dilettante is helping to breathe new life into pre-loved clothing with its inaugural “Dilettante Circle” market.
The one-day sale will have second-hand, one-off designer fashion collected and curated by the Dilettante community. Expect luxe clothing, shoes and accessories from avant-garde European and Japanese designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Rick Owens, Issey Miyake, Ann Demeulemeester, Yohji Yamamoto and more. Plus, select, hard-to-come-by items from the personal collections of Dilettante’s clients.
“So many of our customers have spent years, even decades, curating their exquisite wardrobes,” says Dilettante owner Diana Paolucci. “And of course, over time, perhaps a jacket, a skirt, or a bag fall out of your favour ... we wanted to create an opportunity to breathe new life into these hidden treasures.”
Dilettante regulars and newcomers are invited to contribute sartorial selections from their own personal stashes, or simply attend on the day.
From 11am to 4pm.
