Big Bopper is a 122-seat venue in the shell of what was once fine diner 1907, and it’s premise is simple: burgers and shakes.

The menu keeps things simple with grass-fed Dandaragan beef the star of the show. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. The Big Bopper is the most popular burger; it has two patties, pickles and salads. And there’s “Fire in the Hole” hot sauce for those who like their burgers with a chilli kick. Ask for the black-label version if you’re feeling brave.

The drinks menu features a range of boozy shakes (there’s a Grasshopper, and a Jam Doughnut version) and classic cocktails. Shakes also come without alcohol, and the beer on tap is served in the smaller pony sizes.

Corporates and groups can take advantage of Big Bopper’s “Meating Room”, a 22-seat private dining space featuring a 75-inch TV and Foxtel. The team will serve platters of burgers and fries, milkshakes, jugs of beer, and cocktails, while you watch sport, or The Bachelor finale, if that’s your thing.
