The founder of international chain Dessert Kitchen and co-owner of Hong Kong-style eatery TuanTuan travels to Hong Kong a few times a year. He usually goes on business or to visit friends and family who still live there. The rest of the time he travels for inspiration to bring back to Melbourne.
