Rolling Seas, a private luxury beachside estate on the Gold Coast, has opened for bookings. Across two residences, the property – right on the beach at Bilinga, to the north of Coolangatta – sleeps up to 12 guests in spaces inspired by the whitewashed walls and rich colours of the Mediterranean, and imbued with the Gold Coast’s laid-back spirit.

The Residence – the main house, which accommodates eight guests – is where you’ll find all the deluxe amenities: an infinity pool with views over the adjacent beach; a “wellness room” decked out with an infrared sauna, and yoga and Pilates equipment; a ping-pong table; and a sunken outdoor dining area that opens directly onto the beach. It’s fully self-contained, including a well-equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, bedrooms opening to beachfront decks, and plenty of outdoor seats and tables for maximum enjoyment of the views.

At the property’s entrance is The Cottage, which is also fully self-contained, with a kitchen, dining area and lounge. It sleeps up to four, and while the entire property is designed to be rented by one group, The Cottage can be hired separately for smaller groups.

This year, gift them a dinner to remember with a Broadsheet Gift Card.
