Summer is coming. And with it, backyard hangs, pizza parties and morning coffees on the balcony are back on the agenda.
Koala’s new Torakina outdoor furniture collection includes ergonomically designed dining tables and chairs, as well as comfy outdoor lounges with removable cushions, to make this summer a little bit brighter.
Each piece is made with triple-coated steel frames – making them almost entirely rust resistant – and teak finishing touches. Currently, you can choose from four colourways: Soft Moss green, Outback Rose pink, Beach Walk yellow and Silver Moon grey.
Just like the brand’s couches and other bits of indoor furniture, the outdoor collection is designed with tool-free assembly. Plus, the metal construction means pieces can simply be hosed down when they need to be cleaned. The brand recommends using covers to protect the teak finishes and fabric cushions from weathering too much. But these pieces have been designed with the Australian climate in mind, so a level of resistance to wear-and-tear is all part of the package.
