Available in six colours, it fits the brand’s signature one-litre ceramic water bottle and makes the previous hack using a PVC plumbing pipe obsolete. One teensy-tiny problem: it sold out within an hour of release, so you'll have to be quick when the next restock hits.

If you’re yet to DIY a cup holder for your one-litre Frank Green water bottle using a piece of PVC from Bunnings, the brand has got you covered.

Made from 100 per cent silicone, the brand’s expanders come in six colours to match with your water bottle of choice. They launched this morning and sold out in under an hour. The brand has indicated a restock is on its way.

Measuring 114 x 78.5mm, the $19.95 holder is designed to fit snugly into your car console and keep your bottle safely stowed. The product launch comes after a number of Tiktok users discovered a clever hack in the aisles of their local hardware store, prompting Bunnings to rebrand a PVC DWV taper level invert as a “cup holder” earlier this year.
