Gin cocktails feel a little more sophisticated than other cocktails. It’s unclear why, but they just do.

This cocktail, created by Sydney’s Old Mates using Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice – a new small-batch, limited-edition gin that puts a decidedly floral twist on Hendrick’s Original – feels fancy, alright.
