Stone fruit is one of summer’s sweetest pleasures. And this cocktail’s combination of peaches, whisky and white chocolate makes the fleshy fruit even more indulgent. How to Make The Peach & White Chocolate Whisky Cobbler
1.4 standard drinks

45mls Johnnie Walker Blenders’ Batch Rum Cask Finish
3 pieces of sliced peach
1 egg white
25mls lemon juice
20mls sugar syrup
Basil sprig
White chocolate

Add slices of yellow flesh peach to the bottom of your cocktail shaker and muddle.

Add remaining ingredients and half of the egg white, fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain ingredients over fresh ice.

Garnish with a basil sprig and grated white chocolate.
