Fresh watermelon screams long days and warm nights. Adding it to a Pimm’s Mojito is a genius move that will set you up for the warmer months. Watermelon and Rose Pimm’s Mojito
1 standard drink
Ingredients
10ml rose syrup
4 watermelon chunks
4–6 mint leaves
40ml Pimm’s
20ml lime juice
Soda water
Garnish
Mint sprig
Rose petals
Method
Muddle rose syrup and watermelon in a glass. Clap mint and add to glass. Add Pimm’s and lime juice to glass. Top with soda water. Add ice and stir. Garnish with mint and rose petals.
